1. As a student you will identify the Five Geographic Themes of
Geography in relation to the
Adirondacks of New York State. (see comments)
a. Identify where the Adirondacks are
located, in terms of its Relative and Absolute Location.
b. Determine Place (Physical & Human
Characteristics) and describe what it is like there in the
Adirondacks.
c. Answer the question about the Human
and Enviornement Interaction in the Adirondacks.
What do the Adirondack
People do and what is the environmental interaction that has occurred
there?
d. How has Movement in the Adirondacks
linked the communities of people with each other?
e. What word or pharse could you use to
describe or generalize about the Adirondack region?
